Studies on the regulation of steroid hormones and sexual development and its variants in humans. Molecular genetic and translational research projects in this field of rare and common diseases.
My particular skills/experiences
Balancing act between laboratory research and clinical work (“bench and bed”). I can read steroid profiles, but not sewing patterns. Team and working group leadership. (Inter)national networking.
