My research
Fundamental, translational, and clinical research into the scientific understanding of complementary and integrative medicine (CIM). The focus is on functional near-infrared spectroscopy and studies on drug-based and non-drug-based therapies in CIM.
My particular skills/experiences
Leadership role in various international professional organizations; national and international networking, promotion of young talent. Bridging the gap between conventional and complementary medicine, in the spirit of integrative medicine.
